/etc/ngcp-config/constants.yml is one of the main configuration files that contains
important (static) configuration parameters, like Sipwise C5 system-user data.
caution
Sipwise C5 platform administrator should not change content of constants.yml
file unless absolutely necessary. Please contact Sipwise Support before changing
any of the parameters within the constants.yml file!
