/etc/ngcp-config/constants.yml is one of the main configuration files that contains
important (static) configuration parameters, like NGCP system-user data.
caution
NGCP platform administrator should not change content of constants.yml
file unless absolutely necessary. Please contact Sipwise Support before changing
any of the parameters within the constants.yml file!
