Call Recording is now available on Sipwise NGCP!
Sipwise NGCP mr5.3.1 version now carries the Call Recording function. Sipwise is known for their innovativeness and pursuit of cost-effective solutions and products. Indeed, this function is no exception and has amazing features!
One of the capabilities of this highly requested function is to store calls in both unidirectional (either they originated from the caller or callee) and bidirectional (combined) streams, which would result in one or several outputs. The output files can then be stored in a location and in several formats – which are completely configurable. Making it very convenient and easy to handle!
The following are among other characteristics of Sipwise’s new Call Recording function:
- Files or recorded streams will be stored in an NFS shared folder.
- It can be enabled for full Domain or specific subscribers via the NGCP admin web interface.
- Querying or deletion of existing recordings can be done through the REST API.
- Listing recordings of a subscriber are possible on NGCP’s admin web interface.
Like all solutions offered by Sipwise, this Call Recording function will greatly benefit service providers and operators alike.
